Brown lentil stew (SHOPATEE)
Ingredients:
Five cups of brown lentil, one Kilogram of fatty meat and salt
Preparation:
Sort the lentil and wash.
Chop the meat and add to the lentil in a sauce pan, add water and put on a slow fire.
If available use pressure cooker for this recipe.
Leave on fire until fully cooked.
Stir and add water for the desired thickness.
Add salt and serve hot.
Optional:
Add cup or two of soaked chick peas.
