GURGUR ( BURGOL, BULGUR)

                                                  

    Ingredients:

 

    Two cups of bulgur, 3-5 table spoons of oil, water or broth.

 

    Preparation:

 

  1. Sort the bulgur to make sure there are no foreign objects in it.

  2. Place the water or broth on the stove to boil.

  3. Add the bulgur and leave it to cook for five minutes on the high temperature, lower the heat and stir the bulgur once or twice and then leave it for a while.

  4. Heat the oil and pour it over the bulgur.

 

    Optional:

 

    Add fried chicken or meat over the bulgur before serving.

    Add vermicelli or chick pea while cooking.
